Juice Methods

For those new to detoxification, it's advisable to start with a gentle introduction to absence and discipline, typically spanning 3-6 days, before diving into a more extensive 21-day symbiotic reset.

Attempting a 21 to 40-day detox, especially if fasting is unfamiliar territory, can prove challenging and uncomfortable. Such prolonged detoxes are best reserved for urgent health situations, as they require significant commitment and may overwhelm those unaccustomed to fasting practices.

It's important not to set overly high expectations and to be forgiving if the full 21-day mark isn't reached. Even a short period of abstaining from food and engaging in detox protocols offers benefits that the body appreciates. You can always resume where you left off at a later time.

After experiencing shorter detoxes and becoming familiar with detox symptoms, individuals often feel compelled to extend their detoxification journey. This journey is deeply personal, akin to peeling away layers of an onion to reveal one's true nature with each step forward.

Ensure all fruits and vegetables are thoroughly washed before embarking on any detox journey.

The symbiotic experience encompasses three levels of intensity and detoxification:

METHOD A: Recommended for beginners, involves transitioning to a balanced whole-food diet rich in fruits and vegetables, while eliminating dairy and meat, which can impede detoxification. Supplement your diet with vegetable or fruit juices and incorporate your daily supplements as per the symbiosis timetable.

METHOD B: Predominantly consists of consuming juiced vegetables and fruits for 21 days, with no solid food consumed. This allows the digestive system to rest fully and facilitates a thorough detoxification process. Again, supplements should be added to juices according to the symbiosis timetable.

METHOD C: Presents a more stringent detoxification approach, such as Ampelotherapy (liquid red grape fast) or consuming only one seasonal fruit in liquid form for 21 days. Supplements should still be incorporated into daily juices as per the symbiosis timetable.

Recommended Juice Combinations for Methods A and B:

  • Apple, Carrot, and Ginger
  • Celery, Apple, and Ginger
  • Carrot, Apple, and Beetroot
  • Cucumber, Apple, and Spinach
  • And more...

Limiting each juice to three ingredients maximizes simplicity and effectiveness. Experimentation with different juice recipes is encouraged to find what works best for individual tastes and preferences.
